Jewellery Care Desk

Care begins
before the parcel.

Open a private human-triage request for inspection, cleaning, fit, repair or warranty guidance. Keep the piece with you until the Brisbane studio confirms the safest next step in writing.

Do not ship yet

A form receipt is not transport authority. The studio first confirms whether and how the piece should be assessed.

02

Assessment before promise

Coverage, remedy, scope, price and timing depend on the individual piece and written studio confirmation.

03

Rights remain intact

A store warranty sits alongside—not instead of—consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law.

A considered service sequence

From observation
to authorised care.

  1. 01
    Private triage

The studio reviews the piece, concern and purchase context without treating the client’s description as a diagnosis.

  2. 02
    Clarify and assess

If useful, the studio requests specific photographs or arranges an in-person or safely coordinated assessment through a confirmed channel.

  3. 03
    Approve the scope

Any service, transport, cost, warranty position and expected timing is confirmed before work proceeds.

  4. 04
    Track the care stage

The private reference shows the broad workflow stage without exposing internal notes, order details or the client’s description.

Service boundary

A warranty is additional.
Consumer guarantees are automatic.

The appropriate remedy for a problem can depend on the circumstances and whether it is major or minor. Divine Elements must assess the individual request; the ACCC provides general guidance and does not decide a particular claim.

Jewellery care questions

Know what the form does.
Know what a person confirms.

Should I send my jewellery when I submit the form?

No. Keep the piece with you until Divine Elements provides written instructions. The form records a private triage request only.

Does a care request confirm warranty coverage or a free repair?

No. The studio must assess the individual piece, purchase context and concern. Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply where relevant and are not replaced by a written warranty.

What if a stone or setting feels loose?

Stop wearing the piece, store it safely and request prompt human guidance. Do not use the form or AI response as a technical diagnosis.
