The useful summary
What to expect, at each stage.
This page makes the current public policy easier to understand. It does not create extra promises or remove any rights that apply by law. If a detail matters to your proposal date, travel, customs position or fit, have the studio confirm it in writing for the exact piece.

Returns and changes
Speak with the studio before sending anything.
Every return, resize or repair begins with authorisation. Unannounced parcels may not be accepted.
The current policy does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or custom orders, and does not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. These restrictions do not exclude remedies that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
02
Resizing
The current policy asks clients to request resizing within seven days of receiving the package. Return and re-delivery costs apply, and one-of-a-kind pieces may require an additional resize fee.
03
Repairs
The current policy states that normal repairs within the first six months are completed at no extra cost. The studio assesses the piece and confirms what is covered before work begins.
04
Return transport
Contact the studio for instructions before dispatch. Use protective packaging, tracking, insurance and signature service appropriate to the value of the piece.
AUConsumer guarantees
Rights that cannot be signed away
Store policy sits alongside Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this summary—or in a “no refund” statement—removes consumer-guarantee rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods have a problem, the available remedy can depend on whether the problem is major or minor and may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Start by contacting Divine Elements with the order details and a clear description of the issue. The ACCC provides general information about consumer rights but does not decide individual disputes or provide legal advice.
