Plain-language notice

Your choices,

This notice explains what the new Divine Elements website preview does with information—and what it does not do.

Effective 28 July 2026 · Scope: this website preview

Designed around three principles

  1. Collect less
  2. Explain the handoff
  3. Keep a human decision available

Scope and identity

A notice for this
new digital experience.

Divine Elements is a Brisbane jewellery studio. This notice describes the selection bag, consultation planner, Jewellery Care Desk, Private Stone List, client-story invitation, bespoke brief, performance measurement and AI concierge in this preview.

When you continue to the established store to purchase, open your email application, contact the studio or visit a social platform, that service may handle information under its own systems and notices.

Before you use AI

What stays local.
What you choose to send.

01

Selection bag & sharing

The selection bag stores product identifiers and chosen options in this browser’s local storage so the shortlist can persist between pages. It is not sent to the studio automatically. A share or consultation link contains up to three product identifiers and numeric option references; it does not include a name, email address, notes or conversation text. On the consultation page, the client can review and remove pieces before choosing whether to submit the request.

Control

Remove saved pieces, clear this site’s browser storage or choose not to share the generated link.

02

Briefs & consultation plan

Bespoke-brief answers remain in the browser while the brief is prepared. They leave the page only when the client chooses to open an email, copy the brief or send it to the AI concierge.

Consultation preferences, an optional private edit of up to three catalogue pieces with selected size and metal, optional dates, time-zone context, notes and contact details remain in the browser while the request is prepared. When the client chooses Send, the reviewed details are sent to this site’s first-party consultation database. A reference appears only after the record is stored; it confirms receipt, not a reservation, appointment, quote, product availability or delivery date.

Control

You can prepare and copy either plan without using the AI concierge. The website only confirms a consultation after its first-party record is stored.

03

Measurement, cookies & campaign labels

The preview sends privacy-safe daily counters to its first-party database for essential performance and approved interaction categories. Separately, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics and may then set _ga cookies and receive page, interaction, device and network information. Advertising storage remains disabled. The site does not send names, contact details, search text, consultation or care references, jewellery notes, AI messages, review text or form contents to Google Analytics. You can choose Essential only or reopen Cookie settings at any time. Bounded campaign labels remain in the browser session. The preview does not retain click IDs, referral URLs or campaign search terms, and a client-proof source click is counted only as an aggregate verification action.

Boundary

Concierge messages, consultation notes, care observations, order and care references, preferred dates, time-zone text and catalogue search text are not included in measurement payloads. A short-lived pseudonymous abuse-control hash protects the first-party endpoint; no raw network address or cross-session visitor identifier is stored in the daily counters.

04

Private Stone List

The Private Stone List stores a normalised email address, selected gemstone or studio interests, broad market, bounded campaign labels, the form source, consent version and consent timestamps in the first-party database. A random private preference token is returned to the client; only a one-way hash of that token is stored. Marketing measurements receive only aggregate list actions, broad market and interest counts—not the email address, preference link or token. Withdrawal changes the consent record immediately. The email address remains on the restricted suppression record so a withdrawn address is not treated as active consent; a client can contact the studio about access, correction or deletion. This preview does not send an automatic email or connect the record to an external mailing platform.

Control

Joining requires an unticked express-consent choice. The receipt provides an account-free preference link for immediate withdrawal; a purchase or consultation never silently joins the list.

05

Client-story invitations

A client-story invitation stores the client’s name, optional proposed public display name, email, broad market, experience category, optional catalogue piece, story text, publication preference, incentive disclosure, genuine-experience attestation, contact permission, bounded campaign labels, workflow status and timestamps in the restricted first-party database. The public form never publishes a submission. The owner-only workflow records private verification notes and requires a separate final decision about wording, identity and material-connection disclosure before any public use. Marketing measurements receive only aggregate invitation actions and broad categories—not the name, email, story text, reference or private notes. A client can contact the studio to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from possible publication; some integrity evidence may need to be retained where an obligation applies.

Control

A client can choose studio-only handling or express interest in a later anonymous or named story. Neither choice is final publication permission; the studio must contact the client and record a separate approval.

06

Jewellery Care Desk

A Jewellery Care Desk request stores the client’s name, email, optional phone, broad market, purchase path, optional order reference, selected catalogue piece or short piece description, care category, safety flag, client observation, safe-wear acknowledgement, contact permission, bounded campaign labels, workflow status and timestamps in the restricted first-party database. The form accepts no photographs, payment details or identity documents and does not authorise transport or establish custody. The client-care lookup requires the random care reference and matching email, then returns only the broad client-safe stage, care category and timestamps. Names, contact details, order references, piece descriptions, observations and studio notes never enter aggregate marketing measurement. A client can contact the studio about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable business or legal recordkeeping obligations.

Control

Submitting creates a private human-triage record only. Keep the piece until the studio gives written instructions; use the random reference and matching email for the limited status lookup.

Submitted consultation records

A real receipt.
A restricted workspace.

A submitted consultation record contains the client’s name, email, optional phone, consultation choices, an optional reviewed shortlist of up to three catalogue identifiers with size and metal preferences, optional dates, time-zone text, notes, bounded campaign labels and a consent-version marker. It is available only through the authenticated, explicitly authorised studio workspace. Names, contact details, shortlist options, notes, dates and time-zone text are not put into marketing event payloads.

Consultation records are kept while needed to respond, manage the client relationship and meet applicable business or legal recordkeeping obligations. A client can contact the studio to request access, correction or deletion; some information may need to be retained where an obligation applies.

The client-care lookup requires the consultation reference and matching email address. It returns only a client-safe workflow stage, consultation focus, preferred format and record timestamps. It does not expose the client’s name, phone, notes, campaign labels, studio notes or other consultation records. Repeated attempts are rate-limited.

The studio workflow records status changes and private follow-up notes for continuity. It does not accept card details, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information.

AI concierge

Helpful guidance,
with a clear boundary.

The concierge helps narrow choices and prepare a studio conversation. It does not confirm inventory, gemstone origin, certification, a final quote, customs outcomes, warranty decisions or a delivery date.

Open the concierge
01

You choose to send a message

The sitewide concierge can prepare a question from the page or product currently being viewed. That draft remains in the browser and is not sent until the client chooses Send. The recent conversation is sent only when you submit it. A one-way pseudonymous identifier derived from the session or request is used for safety controls and a ten-minute rate limit. Clients should never enter payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, health information or other sensitive data.

02

Safety and reply processing

When the AI concierge is used, recent conversation messages are sent to OpenAI’s Moderation and Responses APIs to check the request and create a reply. A human studio conversation remains available instead.

03

Storage request and provider logs

The application requests no Responses API application-state storage by sending store: false, and it does not write conversation text to its own database. OpenAI states that API abuse-monitoring logs may retain prompts and responses for up to 30 days by default unless approved data controls apply.

04

Studio confirmation

AI output is guidance, not a studio commitment. Confirm every consequential product, price, policy and timing detail with Divine Elements.
